Refund and Cancellation Policy for Virgo Consultants and Resources
Effective Date: 25/09/2025 Our primary goal at Virgo Consultants and Resources is to ensure complete client satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds for our services. We encourage clients to read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
Cancellation Policy
Clients have the right to cancel their service agreements with Virgo Consultants and Resources under the following conditions:
1 . Cancellation Window A request for cancellation must be submitted in writing at least [Number] business days before the scheduled service or project commencement date.
2.Late Cancellation Cancellation requests received after the specified timeframe will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may be considered a cancellation for the subsequent service period.

Refund Policy

1.Eligibility for Refunds A refund may be issued if you are dissatisfied with the service provided or if Virgo Consultants and Resources fails to meet the agreed-upon objectives. Refunds are processed for services that have not yet been rendered.
2.Non-Refundable Fees Any advance payments or deposits for services may be non-refundable, especially if work has already commenced or resources have been allocated. This should be clearly stated in the service agreement.
3.Processing Refunds Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and will be returned to the original method of payment. Any applicable bank charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Any additional services must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. • Professional Standards: We will perform all services with professional skill and care, adhering to industry best practices and all applicable standards. • Client Obligations: The client agrees to provide all necessary information, data, and access to relevant personnel required for us to perform our services effectively. The client warrants that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Payment and Fees
• Compensation: The client shall pay Virgo Consultants and Resources the fees as specified in the service agreement. All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes. • Invoicing: Invoices will be issued as outlined in the service agreement, and payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date. • Late Payments: Overdue payments may be subject to interest at a specified rate. We reserve the right to suspend services until the outstanding payment is received.

Confidentiality
• Mutual Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information, trade secrets, and any other sensitive data disclosed during the engagement. • Non-Disclosure: Neither party will disclose confidential information to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.

Intellectual Property
• Ownership of Work Product: All reports, data, designs, and other materials created by Virgo Consultants and Resources during the provision of services ("Work Product") shall be the property of the client upon full payment for the services rendered. • Pre-existing Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property owned by either party prior to the engagement will remain the property of that party.

Term and Termination
